Generations of past are important in selecting a new dog. Knowing the past health information and accomplishments of your new puppies parents and farther generations helps you feel more secure that your new family member will be healthy. Many breeders like ourselves take the time to carefully select dogs that are going to produce healthy offspring. Of course some "fluke" health issues can always present themselves; genetics play an important part in your investment in selecting that new four-legged family member. Titles before or after a dogs name shows that dogs accomplishments in its life. Open the file below to see meanings of those titles.
Here are Diamond's and Glock's Pedigrees. They are also available to view on our breeding page with the rest of our dog's pedigrees.
If you are pondering about getting a lab of your own and are interested in one from this litter we are currently taking deposits to secure picking order. Pups currently available - 3 black males and 1 yellow female. The rate of puppies for our current litter is $800 with out breeding rights or $1000 with breeding rights. All puppies have AKC registration paperwork as both parents are registered AKC. Both Diamond and Glock have OFA certified hips of "Excellent" rating. Diamond is EIC - "clear" and Glock is EIC - "carrier"; meaning no dogs will be "infected". EIC (Exercise Induced Collapse) Are you still not sure what this is? You can email or call us and speak with Jon. We strive for happy healthy quality puppies. Both Glock and Diamond are great family dogs as well as great hunters along with some occasional tests being ran throughout the years. Diamond has a Working Certificate (WC) title. This will be Diamond's last litter. Pedigree information to come soon.
Here are some previous pictures of puppies from Diamond litters: 3 black males and 2 yellow females were born on 12-24-14. Diamond and all 5 are doing well and are very healthy. Dew claws were removed at 3 days old and vet checked at that time as well. Whelping pen is cleaned several times a day and the puppies and Diamond all have first class amenities in our house hold as they have their very own room just for the whelping and raising process.
